The renewed presence coincides with the June 17 release of Old Lovers, a collaboration with The Lumineers that has sent listeners back through his catalog — and back to the piano ballad that started it. That 2012 track has long had a second life on TikTok as a solidarity anthem for Ukraine, a usage that helped push it past four billion Spotify plays.
