There ain't no secrets anymore
My name's been hanging on the hook outside your door
Just an old eyesore
I got this feeling, I can't keep it down anymore

The title track from a free five-song EP the band dropped in November 2015 is broadly present across 166 country and platform charts today, running well above its recent baseline. Recorded at Austin's Hotel Saint Cecilia and released as a gesture of thanks to fans, the EP was also dedicated to the victims of the Paris terrorist attacks that struck days before its arrival. The song is mid-tempo Foo Fighters at their most unguarded — a chiming, road-worn anthem built around Grohl's plainspoken hook rather than the band's usual arena crunch. A decade on, it remains one of the more emotionally direct entries in their catalog, and it is having a notable moment on the global charts this week.
